Extra virgin olive oil DOP Umbria


How do we do it?


  • We start from the field with the care and cultivation of the olive tree with integrated and sustainable agriculture methods;

  • It continues with the constant control of the olives until they are harvested;

  • Within twelve hours of harvesting, the olives are processed in the mill using innovative extraction methods with reduced oxidative impact.


But it doesn't end here, we pamper our oil until it is delivered:


  • We filter the oil to retain all the water particles that over time would compromise the preservation and quality of the oil;

  • We keep it at a controlled temperature and in the absence of oxygen to ward off the oil's biggest enemies: light, oxygen and heat.
